Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 2) acquired along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge during the Knorr expedition KN161-04 (2000)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2112 Multibeam Sonar system during Knorr expedition KN161-04 conducted in 2000 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Deborah Smith). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Sidescan, Acoustic Backscatter, and Swath Bathymetry data and were processed by the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software as part of the GMRT Synthesis effort.
