WFS RP Ground Damage – AX_Soil Damage – OGC API Features

The real estate register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). In it, the objects of the object type “ground estimation” form a proof of the yieldability of the soil. For this purpose, legal classifications of areas are determined according to specific criteria. The assignment, classification and demarcation is the responsibility of the Rhineland-Palatinate tax administration (www.lfst-rlp.de). In accordance with Section 14 of the Soil Estimation Act, the soil estimation results must be kept in the real estate cadastre. The WFS RP Soil Estimation contains the areas of the soil estimate, the sample, country samples and comparison pieces as well as the burial holes of the soil estimate with the value types according to the ALKIS Rhineland-Palatinate object type catalogue (ALKIS-OK RP).官方不动产登记信息系统（Official Property Register Information System, ALKIS）以电子形式存储不动产登记簿数据。该系统中，对象类型为"土地估价（ground estimation）"的实体可作为证明土壤产出能力的依据。为此，需依据特定标准对区域开展法定分类，相关的分配、分类与划界工作由莱茵兰-普法尔茨州税务管理局（www.lfst-rlp.de）负责。根据《土地估价法》第14条规定，土地估价结果必须纳入不动产地籍档案。WFS RP土地估价数据集涵盖了依据ALKIS莱茵兰-普法尔茨州对象类型目录（ALKIS-OK RP）定义的价值类型对应的土地估价区域、样本、国家级样本、比对地块，以及土壤估价钻孔相关数据。
