Base level regional delivery-sustainable environment

This proposal builds on existing successful NRM North programs that have been developed following extensive community consultation over the past 10 years. This project works with multiple delivery mechanisms including devolved grants, sub-regional facilitators, program coordinators and property management planning. The resulting benefits include provision of support to the community, empowered local NRM groups; reduced threats to internationally significant wetlands, reduced threats to and enhanced habitats for threatened species and ecosystems; and public and private landholders, the community (including Indigenous) and schools with improved skills and knowledge in NRM.本提案基于过去十年经广泛社区磋商打造的成熟北部自然资源管理（NRM North）项目体系。本项目采用多种实施机制，涵盖下放式拨款、次区域促进专员、项目协调专员及资产管理规划方案。该项目可实现多维度效益：为社区提供支持，赋能地方北部自然资源管理小组；降低对国际重要湿地的威胁，减少受威胁物种与生态系统所面临的威胁并改善其栖息生境；同时助力公有与私有土地所有者、社区（含原住民群体）及学校提升自然资源管理相关技能与知识储备。
