Unrooted Neighbor-joining tree

Neighbor-joining tree relating the 877 individuals from the 37 bovine populations. The phylogenetic tree was computed using 38597 SNPs. The genetic distance between each pair of individuals was estimated from the number of loci for which they differ.

用于展示37个牛种群共877个个体间亲缘关系的邻接进化树（Neighbor-joining tree）。该系统发育树基于38597个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）位点计算得到，每一对个体间的遗传距离通过二者存在差异的基因座数目进行估算。
