The dataset shows, for the period 01.01.2016-18.09.2016, the total daily inputs recorded by the cameras placed on the C-area entrance gates (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ), broken down by vehicle category (Other, BUS, MERCI, PEOPLE, NC = not classified). The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
