苯醚甲环唑是三唑类杀菌剂中安全性比较高的,广泛应用于果树、蔬菜等作物,有效防治黑星病,黑痘病、白腐病、斑点落叶病、白粉病、褐斑病、锈病、条锈病、赤霉病等。对子囊菌纲、担子菌纲和包括链格孢属、壳二孢属、尾孢霉属、刺盘孢属、球痤菌属、茎点霉属、柱隔孢属、壳针孢属、黑星菌属在内的半知病,白粉菌科、锈菌目及某些种传病原菌有持久的保护和治疗作用。对葡萄炭疽病、白腐病效果也很好。叶面处理或种子处理可提高作物的产量和保证品质。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚花椰菜成品,对该成品进行苯醚甲环唑残留量检测。数据判定:若苯醚甲环唑实测值不大于2μg/g,则该成品合格,Cx=(Ax*Cs*Vx)/(As*m),公式中,Cx为样品中苯醚甲环唑总含量(μg/g), Cs为标准工作液中苯醚甲环唑的浓度(μg/ ml);Ax为样液中苯醚甲环唑定量离子的峰面积;As为标准工作液中苯醚甲环唑定量离子的峰面积;Vx为样液最后定容体积(ml);m为最终样液所代表的试样质量(g)。
Difenoconazole is a relatively safe triazole fungicide widely used in fruit trees, vegetables and other crops, effectively controlling black spot, black scab, white rot, spot defoliation, powdery mildew, brown spot, rust, stripe rust and fusarium head blight. It exerts long-lasting protective and curative effects against Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, and imperfect fungi including Alternaria, Ascochyta, Cercospora, Colletotrichum, Sphaeropsis, Phoma, Ramularia, Septoria and Venturia, as well as Erysiphaceae, Uredinales and certain seed-borne pathogens. It also demonstrates good efficacy against grape anthracnose and grape white rot. Foliar application or seed treatment can improve crop yield and ensure product quality. Data collection: Randomly sample mature cauliflower heads from each greenhouse, and detect the residual content of difenoconazole in these samples. Data judgment: If the measured difenoconazole value is no more than 2 μg/g, the sample is deemed qualified. The calculation formula is: Cx = (Ax × Cs × Vx) / (As × m), where: Cx: Total difenoconazole content in the sample (μg/g); Cs: Concentration of difenoconazole in the standard working solution (μg/ml); Ax: Peak area of the quantitative ion of difenoconazole in the sample solution; As: Peak area of the quantitative ion of difenoconazole in the standard working solution; Vx: Final constant volume of the sample solution (ml); m: Mass of the test sample represented by the final sample solution (g)
