The drifting buoy data in this accession was collected over a one month
period from buoys deployed by National Data Buoy Center, Stennis Space
Center, MS. The data was collected as part of Tropical Ocean Global
Atmosphere project from October 1, 1990 to October 31, 1990. The water
depth and other drifting buoy data submitted by Mr. A. Brewster has been
processed by NODC and is currently available in F156 Drifting Buoy file
format.
本次入库的漂流浮标数据采集周期为一个月，数据来源于美国国家数据浮标中心（National Data Buoy Center）在密西西比州斯坦尼斯航天中心部署的浮标。该数据作为热带海洋-全球大气计划（Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere）的一部分，于1990年10月1日至1990年10月31日期间完成采集。由A·布鲁斯特先生提交的水深及其他漂流浮标数据已由国家海洋数据中心（National Oceanographic Data Center，NODC）处理完成，目前可通过F156漂流浮标文件格式获取。
