This dataset is sourced from the 2004 China Forestry Statistical Yearbook, covering major indicators on the functions and roles of township forestry work stations across all regions, as well as the status of diversified forestry operations. It compiles statistics on afforestation conditions, areas of forest pest, disease and rodent control, logging design areas, the number of stations authorized to exercise forestry administrative law enforcement authority, accepted forestry administrative cases, participation in mediating forest right disputes, acceptance of forestry contract dispute cases, technology promotion and other relevant situations across 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
