Land cover is comprehensively covered and differentiated by species such as meadow, forest, water bodies, buildings, roads, etc. The federal land cover types have been extended for the canton of Zurich. Data model: DM01AVZH24 (compensation also as DM01AVCH24D and MOpublic) Content: Floor covering areas, building number, object name, object number Update: Projected buildings are recorded from the date of the building approval and are carried out within one year after completion. Non-authorised objects are updated every 8 years with periodic follow-up. Further information such as survey criteria, accuracy and detailing are described in the instruction AV05, the degree of detail of the official survey. The accuracy specified in the chapter “Extension/reference system/scale” refers only to the accuracy of the reference system. The point accuracy of the ground cover information level is laid down in Article 29 of the Technical Ordinance of the VBS on Official Surveying (TVAV). TVAV DXF layer definition according to data reference model Geobau (Norm SN 612 020)土地覆盖（Land cover）已实现对草甸、森林、水体、建筑、道路等地物的全面覆盖与精准区分。联邦级土地覆盖类型已针对苏黎世州（Canton of Zurich）完成扩充。数据模型：DM01AVZH24（亦可兼容等效为DM01AVCH24D与MOpublic）。数据内容涵盖地表覆盖面积、建筑编号、地物名称及地物编号。更新规则：已规划获批的建筑自建筑许可获批之日起录入数据集，并于竣工后1年内完成更新；未经审批的地物每8年开展一次周期性跟进更新。其余相关技术信息，如测量规范、精度要求与数据详略程度，均在官方测量详细程度说明文件AV05中予以载明。“扩展/参考系统/比例尺”章节中规定的精度，仅适用于参考系统本身的精度要求。地表覆盖信息图层的点位精度，由VBS发布的《官方测量技术条例》（TVAV）第29条明确规定。TVAV规范下的DXF图层定义，依据数据参考模型Geobau（标准SN 612 020）编制。
