Serum exosomal miRNA profiling in goats with Johne's disease

This project focuses on profiling serum-derived exosomal microRNAs from goats infected with Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP), the causative agent of Johne's disease. Small RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed miRNAs associated with disease progression, aiming to discover potential non-invasive biomarkers for diagnostic and prognostic applications.
