Enterprise architecture work and spatial data reference architecture aim at interoperability of information systems in public administration and wider society. The starting point for spatial data is European Inspire legislation and international standards that aim for interoperability globally. In addition to regulations and standards, interoperability is guided by strategies and programmes. Spatial data is information about objects whose location is known to the Earth. Location data can be precise coordinate data or indicative information using addresses or identifiers to locate objects. Spatial data is a perspective on data, data processing and data management, and it supports the integration of data collected and held separately and the interoperability of different information systems. The starting point for enterprise architecture is four perspectives: functions, data, information systems and technology. Perspectives are examined on a conceptual, logical and physical level. The spatial data reference architecture touches all aspects mainly on a conceptual level and focuses on data and information systems border services, i.e. the service architecture of spatial data. 企业架构(Enterprise Architecture)工作与空间数据参考架构(Spatial Data Reference Architecture)的核心目标,是实现公共行政领域乃至更广泛社会中信息系统的互操作性。空间数据相关工作的出发点,是欧洲空间信息基础设施(INSPIRE)立法,以及旨在实现全球互操作性的国际标准。除法规与标准外,互操作性的实现还需依托战略与规划予以引导与推进。 空间数据是指与具有明确地球位置的地物相关的信息。位置数据既可以是精确的坐标数据,也可以是通过地址或标识符实现地物定位的指示性信息。空间数据是针对数据、数据处理与数据管理的一类研究视角,可支持分散采集与存储的数据整合,以及不同信息系统间的互操作性。 企业架构的构建包含四个核心视角:功能、数据、信息系统与技术。上述视角需分别从概念层、逻辑层与物理层三个层级展开分析。空间数据参考架构主要在概念层覆盖全维度内容,聚焦数据与信息系统的边界服务,即空间数据服务架构。(2013年5月3日)
