MicroScope

The MicroScope platform is an integrative resource that supports systematic and efficient revision of microbial genome annotation, data management and comparative analysis. Starting from the results of our syntactic, functional and relational annotation pipelines, MicroScope provides an integrated environment for the expert annotation and comparative analysis of prokaryotic genomes. It combines tools and graphical interfaces to analyze genomes and to perform the manual curation of gene function in a comparative genomics and metabolic context.MicroScope平台是一款整合型科研资源，可支持对微生物基因组注释、数据管理及比较分析进行系统化且高效的修订优化。基于我们的句法、功能及关联注释流程所得结果，该平台为原核生物基因组的专家注释与比较分析提供了一体化研究环境。其整合了各类专业分析工具与图形化交互界面，既可用于基因组分析，也能在比较基因组学与代谢组学的研究语境下，完成基因功能的人工审定工作。
