DBSCAN cluster lists for Identifying potentially missed extended sources in the Fermi-LAT 4FGL Catalog using clustering analysis

In this record, we provide the machine-readable DBSCAN cluster lists associated with the A&A article Identifying potentially missed extended sources in the Fermi-LAT 4FGL Catalog using clustering analysis. The files give the clustered 4FGL-DR4 sources obtained with three DBSCAN linking lengths: epsilon = 0.3 deg, 0.4 deg, and 0.5 deg. The archive contains cluster membership tables, cluster-center tables and summary tables. List of files Cluster membership tables dbscan_cluster_members_epsilon_0p3deg.csv: 4FGL-DR4 sources assigned to DBSCAN clusters for epsilon = 0.3 deg. dbscan_cluster_members_epsilon_0p4deg.csv: 4FGL-DR4 sources assigned to DBSCAN clusters for epsilon = 0.4 deg. dbscan_cluster_members_epsilon_0p5deg.csv: 4FGL-DR4 sources assigned to DBSCAN clusters for epsilon = 0.5 deg. dbscan_cluster_members_all_radii.csv: the three membership tables combined into one file. dbscan_cluster_centers_all_radii.csv: Galactic centroid coordinates and source counts for each cluster and each linking length. dbscan_radius_summary.csv: number of clusters and clustered sources for each linking length. manifest.csv: file inventory with short descriptions. sha256_checksums.txt: SHA-256 checksums for the files in the archive. README.md: same information as this record description, included inside the archive. Columns in the membership tables epsilon_deg: DBSCAN linking length in degrees. cluster_id: cluster identifier for the corresponding linking length. source_name: 4FGL-DR4 source name. ra_deg: right ascension of the 4FGL-DR4 source in degrees. dec_deg: declination of the 4FGL-DR4 source in degrees. glon_deg: Galactic longitude of the 4FGL-DR4 source in degrees. glat_deg: Galactic latitude of the 4FGL-DR4 source in degrees. class1: 4FGL-DR4 CLASS1 value. class2: 4FGL-DR4 CLASS2 value. assoc1: 4FGL-DR4 ASSOC1 value. assoc2: 4FGL-DR4 ASSOC2 value. assoc_tev: 4FGL-DR4 ASSOC_TEV value. fourfgl_flags: 4FGL-DR4 analysis flags. signif_avg: 4FGL-DR4 average significance. Columns in dbscan_cluster_centers_all_radii.csv epsilon_deg: DBSCAN linking length in degrees. cluster_id: cluster identifier for the corresponding linking length. glon_center_deg: mean Galactic longitude of the cluster members in degrees. glat_center_deg: mean Galactic latitude of the cluster members in degrees. n_sources: number of 4FGL-DR4 sources in the cluster. Columns in dbscan_radius_summary.csv epsilon_deg: DBSCAN linking length in degrees. total_sources: total number of clustered 4FGL-DR4 sources. total_clusters: total number of DBSCAN clusters. mean_sources_per_cluster: mean number of sources per cluster. Cluster IDs are specific to each linking length. For example, cluster 7 at epsilon = 0.3 deg is not necessarily the same object as cluster 7 at epsilon = 0.4 deg.
