QIIME2 combined files for the 35 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing datasets included in "Food or just a free ride? A meta-analysis reveals the global diversity of the Plastisphere", published in The ISME Journal (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41396-020-00814-9). These can be used to either re-run the analyses performed or to add additional studies to. Note that these only include the output from Deblur and not the initial reads files for each study. These can be found at 'Raw reads' (another supplementary file within this project).
