淮北猪

又称淮猪、东海淮猪，属华北性地方猪种。原产于淮北平原，中心产区在江苏省的东海、赣榆、淮阴等地，主要分布于江苏北部。保护场东海种猪场保种。产仔率高，抗病力强，耐粗饲，母性好，杂交优势明显，肉质鲜美。但生长速度慢，饲料转化率较低。资源纯交易性共享、资源交换性共享、合作，现场获取。Also known as Huaizhu or Donghai Huaizhu, this is a North China-type indigenous pig breed native to the Huaibei Plain. Its core production areas are located in Donghai, Ganyu, Huaiyin and other regions of Jiangsu Province, and it is mainly distributed in northern Jiangsu. The breed is conserved at the Donghai Breeding Pig Farm, a specialized conservation base. It exhibits advantages such as high litter size, strong disease resistance, tolerance to roughage, good maternal instinct, prominent heterosis and excellent meat quality. Nevertheless, it has limitations including slow growth rate and low feed conversion rate. Resource sharing can be realized through pure transactional sharing, resource exchange sharing and cooperation, and the resources can be obtained via on-site acquisition.
