baicalein and SVCV combinatorial effects

This eukaryotic reference-based transcriptome study investigates the combinatorial effects of BAI drug treatment and SVCV viral infection in EPC cells.We analyzed four experimental groups:1.NC Healthy Control\uff1aUntreated, uninfected baseline group.2.Exposed to BAI compound to assess drug-specific transcriptional responses.3.Infected with SVCV virus to characterize host-pathogen interactions.4.Co-treated with BAI and SVCV to evaluate drug-mediated modulation of antiviral responses.Data generated via RNA-seq were aligned to the reference genome Pimephales promelas to identify differentially expressed genes and functional pathways.Key analyses include: Comparative DEG profiling across all treatment pairs.
