文登区计划生育困难家庭救助信息

（一）具有威海市居民户口；（二）没有违反法律法规规定生育或收养子女；（三）属于独生子女家庭、独生子女死亡现无子女家庭或双女家庭（四）家庭成员中夫妻双方及子女至少有1人经民政部门确认为威海市城乡最低生活保障对象；（五）夫妻双方均没有被确认为农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助对象、城乡独生子女死亡或残疾家庭特别扶助对象。

(1) Hold a resident hukou (household registration) in Weihai City; (2) Have not violated any laws or regulations regarding childbirth or adoption; (3) Belong to one of the following family types: only-child families, families where the only child has passed away and currently have no children, or families with two daughters; (4) At least one of the couple and their child has been confirmed as a recipient of urban and rural minimum living security benefits in Weihai City by the civil affairs department; (5) Neither spouse has been recognized as a recipient of the reward and support program for rural family planning families, nor as a recipient of the special assistance program for urban and rural families whose only child has passed away or is disabled.
