Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) are groupings of municipalities with the aim of developing “joint development projects within solidarity perimeters”. They are subject to common, homogeneous and comparable rules to those of local authorities.

The information presented here concerns own taxation EPCIs:

Community of Agglomeration (CA) and Community of Communes (CC) for the department of Meuse

There are also EPCIs without own taxation: single Vocation Intercommunal Unions (SIVU), Multiple Vocation Intercommunal Unions (SIVOM), Closed Mixed Unions (SM Closed) and Open Mixed Unions (SM Open).
