Interim Environment Regulation, Greenhouse horticulture and growing area Zundert

The Interim Environmental Ordinance indicates growth and settlement areas for greenhouse horticulture on the maps. Within the areas identified as such, a further development of existing greenhouse horticulture companies and new establishment of greenhouse horticulture companies is permitted under certain conditions. Outside these areas, the development possibilities of existing greenhouse horticulture companies are limited. In addition, a ‘growing area Zunder’ is also included. Different rules apply to greenhouses and permanent cultivation support facilities with a view to the existing tree cultivation.《临时环境条例》于地图上标注了温室园艺的发展与布局区域。在上述划定的区域内，现有温室园艺企业的扩容升级以及新建温室园艺企业，在满足特定条件的前提下均可获批。而在该类区域之外，现有温室园艺企业的扩建空间将受到限制。此外，“种植区Zunder”亦被纳入本条例的规制范畴。针对与现有林木种植相关的温室及永久性栽培配套设施，将适用差异化的规制规则。
