This dataset compiles annual statistics for the country between 1964 and 2012, covering the following three categories:
1. Annual total number of agreements signed with each country
2. Annual count of domestic schools that signed agreements with each country
3. Annual count of schools from each foreign country that signed agreements with domestic schools
