This lot informs the right to build in the municipality. In addition to regulated zoning (ZONE_URBA), it can contain up to 2 other data sets: surface requirements (PRESCRIPTION_SURF) and/or surfacing information (INFO_SURF).本公告已依据《城市规划法典》第L174-3条废止，并自2017年3月27日起纳入国家不动产单元名录（National Register of Land Units, RNU）。 本土地使用规划（Land Use Plan, POS）已按照法国国家地理与森林信息委员会（National Commission for Geographic and Forest Information, CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化处理。本数据集涵盖该市镇范围内的建筑权相关信息，除管制区划（ZONE_URBA）外，还可包含至多两类附加数据集：地表要求（PRESCRIPTION_SURF）及/或地表信息（INFO_SURF）。
