Meteorological data from multiple weather stations in Narsarsuaq and Narsaq, South Greenland during Greenfjord 2023

Abstract and dataset contents: This dataset contains meteorological data in 15 min time resolution from an ATMOS 41 Gen 2 All-in-One weather station (METER group, Pullman, USA). Measurements were conducted at three difference sites, two sites near Narsarsuaq and two in Narsaq, Greenland. The co-ordinates of the Narsarsuaq col and plain sites are 61.2061254 N, 45.3118504 W, 300 m above sea level , and 61.200028 N, 45.328000 W, 25 m above sea level. The Narsaq hill site was at 60.9210617 N, 46.0274668 W, 372 m above sea level, while the Narsaq International Research Station (NIRS) site was at 60.9157503°, -46.0533263 and 17 m above sea level. Metadata for the Narsarsuaq sites is provided for each site in files 'metadata_weather_stations_coll.docx' and 'metadata_weather_stations_plain.docx' while metadata for the Narsaq sites is provided for each site in files 'metadata_weather_stations_hill.docx' and 'metadata_weather_stations_nirs.docx'.
