RNA-seq analysis of low dose rate (LDR)-irradiated lung fibroblast cells cultured under normoxic or hypoxia-mimic conditions.

In order to evaluate the effects of LDR-irradiation on global gene expressions in human cells and to clarify the regulation mechanisms, RNA-seq analyses were performed with total RNA purified from relatively LDR-irradiated lung fibroblast TIG-3 cells cultured under normoxic or hypoxia-mimic conditions.
