Measurement of organizational learning: literature review and research agenda

Abstract This article presents the state of the art on measurement of organizational learning. The scales published in scientific articles in the ISI Web of Science, Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) sub-base and the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) databases were used as reference. The study maps the organizational learning scales and analyzes the conceptual bases of the different measures. We have identified 32 scales to measure the construct in the ISI Web of Science platform and 3 scales in SciELO. These scales belong to different domains and conceptual perspectives, and the most common domain is information and knowledge processing. The results point to a still embryonic research scenario, lack of conceptual convergence between the measures and methodological shortcomings in relation to the development of valid and reliable empirical measurement of organizational learning. From these results, the article presents a research agenda for the advancement in organizational learning measurement.摘要 本文阐述了组织学习（organizational learning）测量领域的研究前沿。本研究以ISI Web of Science、社会科学引文索引（Social Sciences Citation Index, SSCI）子库以及科学电子在线图书馆（Scientific Electronic Library Online, SciELO）数据库中发表的学术期刊论文所采用的测量量表为参考依据。研究梳理了现有组织学习测量量表，并剖析了不同测量工具的概念基础。本研究在ISI Web of Science平台中共识别出32种用于测量该构念的量表，在SciELO数据库中则识别出3种。这些量表分属不同的研究领域与概念视角，其中最常见的领域为信息与知识处理。研究结果显示，当前组织学习测量领域仍处于萌芽阶段，不同测量工具之间缺乏概念层面的趋同性，且在开发有效且可靠的组织学习实证测量工具方面存在方法论缺陷。基于上述研究结果，本文提出了推动组织学习测量领域发展的研究议程。
