Distribution and DNA Barcoding of hydrobioids (Gastropoda) from the Kalkalpen National Park

In this study,
the hydrobioid fauna (“source snails”) of the Kalkalpen National Park is investigated. These tiny
Snails are difficult to determine, but their examination is particularly desirable because
several species are threatened and important for the assessment of water quality. The snails of 39

本研究针对卡尔卡彭国家公园（Kalkalpen National Park）的水螺类动物群（hydrobioid fauna，俗称"源点螺类"）展开调查。这类小型螺类的物种鉴定难度较高，但其相关研究极具价值：一方面多个物种种群处于受威胁状态，另一方面螺类群落对于水质评估具有重要指示意义。本研究选取39个选定源点的螺类样本，采用经典分类方法（贝壳形态学，少数案例辅以生殖器解剖结构）与DNA条形码（DNA barcoding）技术开展相关分析。
