This dataset is derived from experimental studies on the preparation and performance of char–coal–water multicomponent slurries, systematically recording the rheological properties and surface physicochemical characteristics under varying inorganic salt (K₂CO₃, Na₂CO₃) concentrations and biochar blending ratios. The dataset includes key parameters such as apparent viscosity, zeta potential, contact angle, fluidity and stability ratings, as well as Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ contents in slurry particles and the maximum slurry concentration. By linking macroscopic rheological behavior with microscopic structural properties, this dataset can be used to analyze the regulation mechanisms of inorganic salts, establish structure–property relationship models, and optimize the preparation process of high-concentration coal–water slurries.
