温升值是电机产品能否稳定运行的可靠性、安全性评判标准之一。通过了解电机运行时各部分的发热情况,核对所测得的数据是否符合制造厂的技术条件或有关国家标准,为电机安全可靠运行提供数据依据。检测得到电机运行时各项数据,包括试验初始时的绕组电阻R1,试验结束时的绕组电阻R2,再采集试验初始时的绕组温度(一般指室温)t1,试验结束时的冷却介质温度(一般指室温)t2,另外K值对铜线时为235,对铝线时为225,再通过电机电阻法温升公式计算得到温升值,以此来判定产品是否合格,公式如下:电机电阻法温升公式θ=(R2-R1)/R1*(K+t1)+t1-t2(K)

Temperature rise is one of the key criteria for assessing the reliability and safety of electric motor products during stable operation. By obtaining the heat generation status of each component of the motor during operation and verifying whether the measured data conforms to the manufacturer's technical specifications or relevant national standards, data support is provided for the safe and reliable operation of the motor. The data collected during the motor test include: the winding resistance R1 at the start of the test, the winding resistance R2 at the end of the test, the winding temperature at the test start (generally referring to room temperature) t1, and the cooling medium temperature at the test end (also generally room temperature) t2. Additionally, the K value is 235 for copper windings and 225 for aluminum windings. The temperature rise value is calculated using the motor resistance-based temperature rise formula to judge whether the product is qualified, and the formula is: θ=(R2-R1)/R1*(K+t1)+t1-t2(K)
