PFAM 2024 Final Results

This feature layer contains the final results of the 2024 Population Forecast and Allocation Model by Traffic Analysis Zone (TAZ) within the urban Broward County boundary. A traffic analysis zone (TAZ) is a special area delineated by state and/or local transportation officials for tabulating traffic-related data especially journey-to-work and place-of-work statistics. A TAZ usually consists of one or more census blocks, block groups, or census tracts. The attribute table includes dwelling units, household population, and households for each TAZ for each 5 year period between 2020 and 2050.
