This study aims to characterize the composition and diversity of the gut microbiota in mice using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing of fecal samples. By profiling the microbial communities under the specific experimental conditions, we seek to understand how biological or environmental factors influence the structure of the mouse gut microbiome. These data will contribute to a broader understanding of hostmicrobe interactions, support reproducibility of microbiome-related experiments, and provide a reference for future studies investigating microbial roles in health, disease, and experimental phenotypes.
