一种润滑油油烟量大小对比装置和对比方法,对比装置包括加热装置和蒸发器,蒸发器在使用时放在加热装置的上面,其特征在于,所述的加热装置设在一底座的上面,在该底座的上面设有一透明密封罩,至少在该透明密封罩的一侧设有能够前后推拉的侧面推拉板;在该透明密封罩内的顶部装有照明灯;在该底座内设有用于控制加热装置温度和照明灯亮度的控制器,在该底座的侧面设有电源开关、温度显示器、照明灯调节旋钮和温度调节按键。还公开了采用上述装置的润滑油油烟量大小对比方法。本发明的优点是:加热温度闭环控制,控温更准确;相对密闭的环境,保证油烟观察的准确性;可调节光源,确保清晰观察到油烟。
A lubricating oil fume volume comparison device and a comparison method thereof are provided. The comparison device comprises a heating device and an evaporator, wherein the evaporator is placed on the heating device during use. It is characterized in that the heating device is disposed on a base, and a transparent sealed enclosure is arranged on the base; at least one side of the transparent sealed enclosure is provided with a side push-pull plate capable of being pushed forward and backward. A lighting lamp is mounted at the top inside the transparent sealed enclosure. A controller for controlling the temperature of the heating device and the brightness of the lighting lamp is arranged inside the base, and a power switch, a temperature display, a lighting adjustment knob and temperature adjustment buttons are arranged on the side surface of the base. The invention further discloses a lubricating oil fume volume comparison method adopting the above-mentioned device. The advantages of the present invention are as follows: closed-loop control of heating temperature realizes more accurate temperature control; a relatively closed environment ensures the accuracy of oil fume observation; the adjustable light source guarantees clear observation of the oil fume.
