Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-122.1b entered into force on 30.10.2004. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市符合INSPIRE规范的开发规划。编号为6-122.1b的开发规划于2004年10月30日正式生效。开发规划载有针对城市规划管控秩序的法律约束力条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制依据，其明确规定了建设活动的选址、建设内容与实施方式。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型进行组织，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium, OGC）的Web地图服务（Web Map Service, WMS）以及预定义的ATOM供稿接口获取。
