可调谐双注入单元可应用于光计算、光信号处理等领域,针对现代通信系统全光化、高速化、小型化需求,基于双注入微环架构及马赫泽德干涉仪,结合热调谐技术,在紧凑的芯片尺寸下实现多种频谱重构。通过对该结构进行仿真,主要记录了MMI、MZI及重构频谱的计算结果,数据量85.9MB。
The tunable dual-injection unit is applicable to fields including optical computing and optical signal processing. To meet the demands of all-optical, high-speed and miniaturized modern communication systems, this unit, based on the dual-injection microring architecture and Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) combined with thermal tuning technology, achieves multiple spectral reconstructions within a compact chip size. Through simulations of this structure, the calculation results of MMI, MZI and the reconstructed spectra are mainly recorded, with a total data volume of 85.9 MB.
