Reproducibility package for integrative public-resource transcriptomic re-analysis of diabetic kidney disease

This repository contains analysis scripts, processed summary outputs, software/session logs, source-to-table audit records, and supplementary tables supporting the manuscript entitled "Integrative public-resource transcriptomic re-analysis maps injured proximal tubule-myeloid-ECM/stromal communication programs in diabetic kidney disease." Raw public datasets GSE209781, GSE30529, GSE142025, GSE195460, and GSE211785 are publicly available from the Gene Expression Omnibus. This package does not contain newly generated human participant data or redistributed raw human sequencing data. L1000CDS2, HERB, and ETCM were used only as supplementary contextual resources. The analysis is support-level transcriptomic re-analysis and does not provide causal, clinical, therapeutic, or drug-discovery validation.
