AB617 East Oakland - Tenure

This data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau’s Table B25003: Tenure, part of the 2018–2022 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates. For this analysis, only information on housing tenure was used, detailing the number of owner-occupied and renter-occupied housing units. The data are based on Census Tracts within the East Oakland CERP Community Boundary, as well as the broader City of Oakland and Alameda County. This dataset was used in the AB617 East Oakland Community Emission Reduction Plan (CERP) Community Description.
