威海海洋强市建设三年行动计划重点项目信息

2018年7月16日，中共威海市委 威海市人民政府关于印发《威海海洋强市建设总体方案》的通知，标志着威海海洋强市建设正式拉开帷幕。　作为《威海海洋强市建设总体方案》的配套体系，《威海海洋强市建设三年行动计划》根据“总体方案”确定的指导思想、战略定位、基本原则、发展目标和重点任务，提出重点实施“板块引领行动、产业强海行动、科技兴海行动、科学用海行动、生态护海行动、开放活海行动、文化振兴行动、海陆统筹行动、优服保障行动和项目支撑行动”等十大行动计划，提出2018－2020年3年间，实施164个重大事项和143个重点建设项目。

On July 16, 2018, the Notice of the Weihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Weihai Municipal People's Government on Issuing the "Overall Plan for the Construction of Weihai as a Maritime Strong City" was officially issued, marking the official launch of the construction of Weihai as a maritime strong city. As the supporting system of the aforementioned overall plan, the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Construction of Weihai as a Maritime Strong City" was formulated in accordance with the guiding ideology, strategic positioning, basic principles, development goals and key tasks set forth in the overall plan. It proposed to implement ten key action plans: Plate Leading Action, Industry-Strengthening Maritime Action, Science and Technology-Driven Maritime Revitalization Action, Scientific Sea Utilization Action, Ecological Sea Conservation Action, Opening-Up and Maritime Revitalization Action, Cultural Revitalization Action, Land-Sea Coordination Action, High-Quality Service Guarantee Action and Project Support Action. Furthermore, it specified that a total of 164 major matters and 143 key construction projects would be implemented during the three-year period from 2018 to 2020.
