Raw diffraction images of nitrobindin mutant NB4H from Arabidopsis thaliana bound to artificial cofactor MnPPIX (PDB 7BBM)

Raw diffraction images of nitrobindin mutant NB4H bound to artificial cofaktor MnPPIX. Data was collected at European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) beamline ID30B using a Dectris Pilatus3 6M detector. A total of 7200 frames were recorded with an oscillation range of 0.05° per image. The structure was solved using molecular replacement (MR) with PDB 3WJB as template. The resulting structure has been deposited as PDB entry 7BBM.
