This dataset compiles records from the prefecture-level statistical tables of stand volume by age group and tree species composition in the 1998 statistical data of Meihekou City, Tonghua City. The recorded items include forest classification, forest ownership, forest category, age group, total tree species volume, and volume data for specific tree species: Pinus koraiensis (Korean pine), Picea spp. (spruce), Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica (Mongolian pine), Larix spp. (larch), Abies nephrolepis (Manchurian fir), Fraxinus mandshurica (Manchurian ash), Juglans mandshurica (Manchurian walnut), Phellodendron amurense (Amur corktree), Tilia spp. (linden), Quercus spp. (oak), Ulmus spp. (elm), Acer mono (Manchurian maple), Betula costata (costate birch), Betula platyphylla (white birch), Populus spp. (poplar), and miscellaneous hardwoods. In addition, the dataset also covers statistical tables of various land areas, forest area and volume, stand volume by age group and tree species composition, and timber forest volume by management type.
