Analysis of genes regulated by miRNAs upon Toll pathway activation in shmCherry and shAgo1 flies

This micro-array helps establish Toll activated-genes dampened by miRNAs in Drosophila melanogaster. Flies depleted of Ago1 by short hairpin in adult fat body (yolk>shmAgo1) or of control mCherry (yolk>shmCherry) were obtained and infected by Micrococcus luteus. RNA was extracted, purified and analysed by a micro-array.
