Pup weights on day 1, day 8, and day 15 of the study period were compared using GLMM to determine the effects of pup genotype, biological dam genotype, and nurse genotype. Each row states the hypothesis to be tested, the relevant comparisons to be made to test the hypothesis, p-values at the three time points determined from the models, and an interpretation of the results from the GLMM. Comparisons are those shown graphically in Figure 3. Details of the model are presented in the Materials and Methods.
