Pursuant to Section 6 of the Forty-fourth Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Immission Protection Act (Ordinance on medium combustion, gas turbines and combustion engines — 44. BImSchV) the operator of a combustion plant shall notify the competent authority, in writing or electronically, of the intended operation of the combustion plant in accordance with Section 1(1)(1) and (3) of the Ordinance prior to the entry into service of the combustion plant, including in Appendix 1 of the 44. BImSchV provided information. By way of derogation, the operator of an existing combustion plant shall have the combustion plant operating in writing or electronically to the competent authority by 1. In December 2023, the information contained in Appendix 1 of 44. BImSchV provided information. Article 36(1) of the 44. BImSchV shall keep a register of information on each combustion plant to be registered in accordance with § 6 (installation register). Pursuant to Paragraph 36(4), the competent authority makes the information contained in the plant register publicly available in accordance with the provisions on access to environmental information, including via the Internet. 根据《联邦污染防治法（Federal Immission Protection Act）》实施条例第四十四号（中型燃烧装置、燃气轮机及内燃机条例——44. BImSchV）第6条规定，燃烧装置运营者需在该装置投入使用前，按照本条例第1条第1款第1项及第3款的要求，以书面或电子形式向主管当局申报该燃烧装置的预定运营方案，并提交本条例附录1所规定的全部相关信息。 针对现有燃烧装置，可适用例外规定：运营者需于2023年12月1日前，以书面或电子形式向主管当局提交本条例附录1所规定的相关信息。 44.
