Flow cytometry data and taxonomic information for sorted cells from The need to account for cell biology in characterizing predatory mixotrophs in aquatic environments.

For each individual sorted cell the flow cytometric information alongside the OTUs and taxonomy assignements of both 18S rRNA genes and plastid and mitochondrial 16S rRNA genes are given.
