AusAMF: The database of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal communities in Australia dataset

This repository contains files associated with the AusAMF database (www.ausamf.com), the first national-scale compilation of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal community data across Australia. It includes:

An R script detailing the code used to process AM fungal community data, calculate diversity metrics, and generate figures presented in the associated publication.
A dataset (datacube file) comprising raster layers of environmental variables (e.g., climate and soil attributes) used in spatial analyses and community modelling.
