RNA sequencing of Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Spreng suspension cells treated by fusaric acid for 6 h and 24 h

Fusaric acid is a phytotoxin produced by several Fusarium species and associated with plant disease development. It is considered to be an important signal factor of fungi infection inducing agarwood formation. Here, transcriptome of the suspension cells of A.sinensis treated with fusaric acid for 6h and 24h was revealed by the secondary-generation sequencing and the data analysis result has contributed for the rearch on response mechanism of A.sinensis sesquiterpene synthase genes under fungal infection
