Ssc-miR-221-3p regulates melanin production in Xiang pigs melanocytes by targeting the TYRP1 gene

The TYRP1 gene can affect melanogenesis in melanocytes of the Xiang pigs, and ssc-miR-221-3p targets the TYRP1 gene to affect melanogenesis in melanocytes of the Xiang pigs. To investigate the mRNAs and miRNAs affecting melanogenesis in melanocytes in Xiang pigs. We screened genes and miRNAs affecting melanin in Xiang pigs by transcriptome sequencing, and experimentally verified whether there is a directional regulatory relationship between the screened genes and miRNAs and whether they can jointly affect melanogenesis in Xiang pigs.
