This study evaluated transcriptomic differences in cells with high and low expression of SLAMF7 in monocyte populations from blood and synovial fluid. Monocyte populations based on expression of CD14 and CD16 were sorted based on high and low expression of SLAMF7. Lysates were harvested for RNA-sequencing using the Smart-seq2 protocol.
