AIRR repertoires in NUDCD3mut mice. Mice TCR/BCR in NUDCD3 mutants

To investigate how a missense mutation in the gene NUDCD3, identified in human Omenn syndrome patients, influences AIRR repertoire, we analysed TCRs(TRA, TRB chains separately) and BCRs (IGG kappa/lambda/heavy chain) in splenocytes of mice homozygous for the G52D mutation and their WT littermates (5 mice from each of the 2 groups). We isolated RNA from spleen and bulk-sequenced AIRR with SMARTer Mouse TCR a/b Profiling Kit and SMARTer® Mouse BCR IgG H/K/L Profiling Kit (Takara Bio USA, Inc.) following manufacturer’s protocol.
