资源简介:
This study aims to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the antifungal effect of limonene against Fusarium oxysporum, a pathogenic fungus causing severe crop diseases. Fusarium oxysporum spores were treated with limonene at inhibitory concentrations, alongside untreated controls. Total RNA was extracted from three biological replicates of both treated and control samples, followed by high-throughput RNA sequencing using the BGI DNBSEQ platform. Differential gene expression analysis was performed to identify key genes and pathways involved in the response to limonene stress, including those related to cell wall integrity, membrane stability, and detoxification. The generated transcriptome data provide valuable insights into the antifungal mechanisms of limonene and facilitate the development of novel eco-friendly fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum.
