Citizen Shops Service Indicators - Monthly

This data set presents, on a monthly basis, the main indicators related to the service performed in the Citizen Shops. It includes information on the volume of calls and passwords as well as the average waiting and attendance times per day for each citizen store. It also contains information regarding the district and the county to which each store belongs.
