The reported data is from a retrospective study that included a de-identified cohort of 1,000 patients with blood samples sequenced by the Tempus xF liquid biopsy assay. Results from the assay were used to calculate circulating tumor fraction estimates and were integrated with clinical data to demonstrate the potential for clinical utility across cancer types. CSV files and associated de-identified clinical data that support findings from the retrospective profiling study are provided.
