Reproducibility Package for Restricting Global-Best Broadcast in Particle Swarm Optimization for Multimodal Landscapes

This record contains the experimental data associated with the manuscript “Restricting Global-Best Broadcast in Particle Swarm Optimization for Multimodal Landscapes”. The deposited files contain the raw numerical observations used for the fixed-function-evaluation and same-session timeout analyses reported in the manuscript. They cover the matched MGB-PSO versus Ring-Lbest comparison, the fixed-FE comparisons with canonical PSO, DSCPSO and CMA-ES, the matched MGB-PSO versus ADB-PSO ablation, and the final five-algorithm same-session timeout campaign. The data include problem identifiers, BBOB function and instance numbers, dimensions, deterministic seeds, evaluation budgets or timeout checkpoints, completed function evaluations, best-observed objective values, and final-target attainment indicators. These records allow the numerical results and statistical analyses reported in the manuscript to be independently audited. This initial version is intentionally limited to the experimental data required to verify the reported results. Additional implementation and reproducibility material may be released in a subsequent version. Version: v1.0.0
